Introduction
Case study analysis can be considered as an effective form of learning because it helps in merging theoretical world with the real-world that ultimately increases their problem-solving ability and decision-making ability. This analysis gives information about important facts of the case study that lead to cause issues within case study. This study also gives information about issues or issues involved in a given case study. Furthermore, this study evaluates alternative solutions to identified issues of a case study. In addition to this study illustrate recommendation over best course of action for a given case study.
Important facts within case
On analysing a given case study it can be stated there are multiple facts and information that may provide information against a source of issue of a case study. For example merging of four major rivals of National industrial products lead to a decline in overall business profit and create a platform for Simpson industry to acquire the company. In a similar manner reducing cost of production by discontinuing company-sponsored social activity and refusing birthday celebration of employees which was a regular part of National industries can also be considered as important facts of a given case study. Statement of Lawrence states that "if people do not want to work are free to go because company has ability to find new and efficient employee". This statement of Lawrence can also be considered as an important fact of the given case study it gives information that Lawrence is only concerned with company's profit without thinking about employee which in later stage creates a major issue of a case study.
Meeting at Daytona in December 1947 for establishing and standard rule for many tracks scattered all around the of Daytona can be considered as important information of case study because this meeting provide a new governing organization which is known as National Association for Stock Car auto racing (NASCAR). In the same statement of one sports columnist state that "if outlaw image is completely drained then NASCAR will be colourless as a white flag that signal one to go". This statement is considered important because it gives information regarding the consequence of outlaw image of NASCAR which acts as a major issue of this case study. In addition to this occurrence of sports scandals of years 2001 and 2013 can also be considered as important these scandals are the root of issue present in a case study. In year 2014 new CEO of NASCAR Brian France threw a monkey wrench into a tradition in a move that excited spectator but dangerous for a driver which ultimately causes issues in later part of a case study thus it needs to consider as important information of this given case study.

Suitable alternative course of action
Course of action can be used for providing proper solutions to identified issues. According to Griffin et al. (2020) identification of problem of real-world can be compared as winning of half battle because winning of other half battles cannot be obtained until their proper solution is defined. In other words, defining a course action is only method for solving identified problems. In given case study alternate course of action for each identified problem is given below
- Strict rule against the people violating rule and regulations set by CEO of NASCAR
- Considering all effect that comes between car and road
- Creating rules and regulation by giving first priority to life of drivers
- Creating a balance between development of employee and development of company
- Understanding the importance of employees within an organization
- Creating a healthy environment within a company that satisfies employee and stakeholders at the same time
- Reducing a turnover on cost of increment of morale among employee
Evaluation of each course of action
Strict rule against people violating rule and regulation set by CEO of NASCAR
This course of action is suitable for this study because violation of a rule is key to all identified issues. In order to control accidents and damage the company's stakeholders and other important people need to make strict rules against individuals who try to violate a defined rule. On observing this course of action it can be stated this course of action is suitable for issues such as unethical modification of car, increment in a number of accidents, and increment in the loss of outlaw image. As stated by Chumg et al. (2016) working in a systematic manner and under a defined set of rules provide more effective and safe results as compared to situations in which people are working in undefined conditions. In addition to this, the above mention course of action is to provide a guideline to conduct business without causing any damage to anyone involved within a business.
Giving priority to the life of driver instead of interest of an audience
This case study mentions the death of Dale Earnhardt which is caused due to lack of safety of driver during racing. Similarly, case study mentions the death of Adam petty which is also caused due to a lack of safety provided to drivers during a race. In addition to this case study also mention the death of Gleen Robert which is again caused by not providing enough safety to drivers. From the above analysis, it can be clearly stated this course of action is very important from a safety perspective because an increase in the number of accidents reduces the growth and development of NASCAR. Furthermore, this course of action can be suitable for the issue such as risking life for finding a winning edge, reduction in number of accidents, and unethical modification of cars.
Creating a balance between development of organization and development of employee
This course is extremely important for a given case study because main reason behind all issues of national industrial products is an imbalance between development of organization and development of employees. In order to run a company in an effective manner, a company needs to concern about development of an organization parallel to development of company (Wood et al. 2016). In case of national industrial product Lawrence give priority and preference to development of company only which low morale among employees. Furthermore, this imbalance may create a lack of productivity for company in long term. Thus this course of action is capable of removing issues of low morale, lack of freedom, and lack of productivity in the coming future. Apart from this, the issue of rude behaviour of managers of organizations can be tackle with this course of action.
Creating a healthy environment within organization
Healthy working environment is recommended for all organizations and all over world and reason behind this better performance of company and producing higher profits for company Peng et al. (2020). This course of action needs to be considered for the given case study because rude of Lawrence has led to reducing the cultural environment of organization which was present at the time of the carpenter. This change of environment may cause a psychological change in employee behaviour ultimately reduces productivity of company. Thus this course of action is most suitable for issue of replacement of a collegial, friendly organizational atmosphere with an aggressive internal working environment. In addition to this action, of course, is also implacable in the issue of reduction in morale of company's employees (Kabzan et al. 2019).
Recommending a best course of action
In order to recommend best course of action, there is a need for proper analysis of a given course of action. On analysing a given course of action it can be stated that all actions have their importance on mitigating identified issues of a case study. However, course action of maintaining a balance between the company's development and employee development can be considered as best course of action. It is considered the best action course this it is able to mitigate all identified issue of company whether it is an issue of rude behaviour of manager, reduction of morale within employee or creation of stressful working environment. According to Kitchin (2017) creation of a healthy working environmental depend on priority given employee within an organization if an employee is getting priority then there is no need of creating healthy environment because it automatically exists in the company.
In a same way, it is recommended that creating a strict rule against individual who tries to violate the rules and regulation of NASCAR is best possible action course of this study. Again this action course provides a solution to identified issue of case study. Rules made by CEO NASCAR involve all the safety of drivers and along with this it also involves consideration of the effect on asphalt of road surface due to movement of car (Ivanov et al. 2020). Thus on implementation of course of action identified issues can be mitigated in an effective manner.
Conclusion
Case study gives detailed information on Simpson's industry and the condition of his company. After replacing CEO of company employees are facing a tough time as they do not feel free when they used to work under Carpenter. In a similar manner increment in the number of accidents in NASCAR is a big concern for production because the sport is gaining popularity all across nations. The major key issue of this study is rude behaviour of manger and decrement of morale of employees at the cost of an increase in productivity. This study recommends most suitable course of action is maintaining equality between company's development and employee development. Along with this, it is also recommended that maintaining the rules of NASAR can lead to reduce the identified issue of case study.
