Scholar practitioner leader model is a learning program at the doctorate level. It engages the student with a lifetime learning opportunity, workplace contribution as a practitioner and develops influential psychology at leadership premises (Jones, 2018). Here, the goal of the researcher is becoming a business operation consultant in a diverse environment. It is expected that the company is expecting a more inclusive environment and it intends to eradicate colour discrimination policy at the management level. The following qualifications will be required in developing an inclusive environment.

Discourse analysis is a research methodology that understands the meaning beyond the written and spoken version (Randel et al. 2018). I shall talk to the senior officials and understand their views on the matter of an inclusive environment. I will get a recommendation from each of them. It will help me to identify the discourse analysis of the firm.

Often the intention of seniors can be analysed by understanding their attitude to juniors in past days. Therefore, discursive leadership policy should be employed. It promotes communication skill among leaders (Randel et al. 2018). I shall talk to juniors and collect their responses in the framework. It will help me to modify the factors which are affecting the inclusive environment in the organization.

Qi et al. (2019) mentioned that an inclusive leader is known for resilience. They are obedient and they listen to the points of every employee. Thus, my objective should be following the course which promotes me as an inclusive leader. I shall speak softly to juniors. I shall understand their issue and build a perfect team. The team bond will be built upon trusts. This bond can be fostered by interactive sessions and personality development programs. I shall allow native cultural festivals in the workplace to create a culturally safe environment which is essential for an inclusive environment.

Developing a questionnaire is often found as a way of achieving an inclusive environment (Jones, 2018). Here, my primary focus is providing business consultancy to diversified business organizations. Thus, the questionnaire will ask about personal belief and interest in a cross-cultural environment. If it has any risks, then the employees can mention that. It will help me to generate a plan to eradicate the cultural barrier.

Hence, in the end, it can be concluded that working as a business operation consultant in a diversified business environment requires an inclusive leadership policy. It can be achieved by the Scholar-practitioner-leader model. This doctorate program will allow me this learning facility to fulfil my goal in future.

Structure

How the essay is built

Compact five-paragraph structure that opens with a model (the Scholar-Practitioner-Leader framework), states a career goal, and then walks through three methods that operationalize that goal — discourse analysis, inclusive-leadership behaviors, and questionnaire design. The conclusion ties the methods back to the model. The structure is deliberate and proportional to the word count, though the register skews more doctoral-academic than the actual argument requires.

Strengths

What the writer did well

  • Each body paragraph names a distinct method (discourse analysis, discursive leadership, survey) and grounds it in a cited source — a clean way to demonstrate research literacy
  • Uses the first person consistently to claim the methods as personal actions, not abstract recommendations
  • Closes by returning to the opening model, giving the short essay a recognizable circular structure

Could be stronger

Where the essay falls short

  • The closing formula 'Hence, in the end, it can be concluded that' is verbose; a tighter conclusion would earn the same closure with fewer words
  • The leap from 'inclusive leaders are known for resilience' to 'I shall speak softly to juniors' could use a sentence of bridging logic
  • Cites Randel et al. (2018) twice in adjacent paragraphs — consider varying the sources to broaden the apparent research base
