Introduction

Companies and organizations make changes that affect most operations over and over again. Most of these changes are to improve efficiency, increase revenue, adopt new technologies or just adapt to the rapidly changing times. For these reasons, the company found it appropriate to have a change management plan ("Transformation Planning and Organizational Change", 2020). For companies that have effectively implemented their respective change management plans, they have seen growth and improvement in targeted areas (Sommerville, 2011). Crucially, the company must strictly follow the change management plan to obtain these results. WeLoveVideo, Inc is a company that intends to adopt new software to improve the efficiency of its service delivery and better serve customers and potentially purchase updated software. In the long run, this will increase revenue.

Ways in which the system was designed to support a positive user experience

User experience (referred to as UX for short) is how users feel when they interface with the system. The system can be a website, desktop software or a web application. In a modern environment, it is usually expressed in some form of human-computer interaction (HCI) ("What is Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)?", 2020). The people engaged in UX (called UX designers) research and evaluate the user's perception of the system, researching issues such as comfort of use, knowledge of the value of system, practicality, and efficiency of performing tasks. The development of the WeLoveVideo streaming media application is suitable for every user, and its user interface and icon arrangement make it attractive as well as easy to use. It is compatible with different platforms, so it can be installed by Mac and Windows users. The fact that the application can be installed on both mobile phones and computers is convenient for everyone. WeLoveVideo has designed its streaming media application to facilitate any type of user. The type of user interface is important because it needs to visually appeal to the end-user. Another aspect of the interface must be versatility because both Windows and Mac users need to use it. In this way, not only the application needs to be installed on the computer, but it also needs to be installed on mobile phones and tablets (Edition & Edition, 2020).

How the system changes will be communicated to the users

System changes will be communicated through our official website and social media channels. To ensure that all our customers are fully aware of the changes, we believe that the added content will be posted on various websites that users visit. We will launch a global awareness campaign to inspire our customers worldwide. We will also email all users to inform them about the new system changes. To assist in communicating changes to users, notifications via social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and company website pages will be used. We will also launch an advertising campaign for WeLoveVideo (Kolowich, 2020). This will help promote the company's services and the ease of using the new system. System changes will be communicated through our official website and social media channels. To ensure that all our customers are fully aware of the changes, we believe that the added content will be posted on various websites that users visit. We will launch a global awareness campaign to inspire our customers worldwide. We will also email all users to inform them about the new system changes (Love, 2020).

Ways in which you will shape the communications to ensure a positive outlook

Attracting users through forums and social media pages will affect the communication between developers and users. Issues affecting different users will be resolved and posted on our website to help other users facing the same issue. We will also introduce the customer service desk, any users facing challenges will seek help.

Collateral (Ex. FAQs and user guides) that will be developed in support of the new system

The installation guide will apply to all users. The guide will include the installation process, instructions on how to use the application, and troubleshooting instructions. Common problems will also be solved in the guide. We will also create support videos and publish them on our website for users to watch and download (business et al., 2019).

Type of support that will be available to the users after implementations

Once we have implemented the system, our technical team will provide support for all users and create manuals for any interested users. We will also release some updates and security patches to ensure that the application is protected from attacks (Edition & Edition, 2020).

Conclusion

The change management plan will enable them to achieve what the company deems appropriate. After the implementation is completed according to the recommendations, WeLoveVideo, Inc can conduct a comprehensive analysis to see the improvements and gains it has made (Kolowich, 2020). The revenue comes from user experience, customer support, marketing, increased revenue streams and decreased customer complaints (Polkowski, 2013). This fully meets the company's management expectations. There are two different types of management plans. A solution to the effect of changes in the organization and simplify the transition. Others track changes in a single project to record product adjustments or changes in project scope. The purpose of both plans is to clearly and accurately communicate what needs to be done.

Structure

How the essay is built

The essay uses a question-driven structure — each section is the answer to a sub-question implied by the section heading ("Ways in which the system was designed to support a positive user experience", "How the system changes will be communicated to the users", etc.). That format is common in case-study and applied management coursework. It works well as a planning document but reads more as a deliverable than as an argument; the essay describes a plan rather than defending one approach over alternatives.

Strengths

What the writer did well

  • Grounds an abstract management topic in a specific company case (WeLoveVideo, Inc.), which makes the plan concrete instead of generic
  • Covers the full rollout lifecycle — design, communication, collateral, support — rather than over-investing in one phase
  • Each section opens by defining its operative concept (UX, communication channels) before applying it to the case

Could be stronger

Where the essay falls short

  • The 'How the system changes will be communicated' section repeats the same 4-5 sentences twice in succession — a copy-paste artifact the writer didn't catch on review
  • Cites Polkowski (2013) in the conclusion but the reference list contains no Polkowski entry — broken citation that would lose points on most grading rubrics
  • Reference sources skew toward marketing blogs (Shopify, HubSpot, Outgrow) rather than peer-reviewed management or HCI literature, which weakens the academic register
  • The conclusion gestures at 'two different types of management plans' without naming or distinguishing them — a paragraph that opens a topic and then drops it
